    We are looking for a Property Underwriter Assistant in an international P&C
    Role holder provides support to Underwriting and ensures that the administrative processes for the end-to-end policy lifecycle are run efficiently and at a high quality to serve internal and ;

    Requisitos

    Job Responsibilities

    Contracts handling: (master policies, international programs outgoing and incoming)

    • in an efficient and correct way for new and established businesses (sending, receiving, controlling)
    • by checking the conditions of acceptance of the customer s request, interacting with the customer if necessary, by using various available data sources to make the right decision and give the right advice to the broker / client
    • by following up until contract signing or refusal
    • by developing draft contracts / amendments that fit with customer needs by modifying coverage concepts if desired by the client / broker
    • by preparing contracts which are beyond his / her authority and discuss them with his team
    • by monitoring, planning and issuing contractual documents (policies, endorsement and certificates)

    Supporting the Credit Control team in the cash allocation for accounts and the monitoring of outstanding unpaid

    Data Management

    • preparing and sending weekly reports
    • preparing premium flows
    • preparing and sending local policies instructions
    • controlling Gross and Net portfolio
    • controlling data quality


    Requirements

    We re looking for someone who has these qualifications and skills:

    Bachelor s degree desirable

    Fluent English Skills: minimum C1 level CEFR

    Experience of 3-5 years in similar functions and responsibilities

    Demonstrated experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    • Live and feel Customer focus, courageous and integrity in the way of doing business and working with all colleagues/stakeholders
    • Strong internal relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills

    Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills combined with a strong work
