    1. Develop and implement commercial strategies:

    • Manage customer renewals identifying upselling and crossselling opportunities.
    1. Drive internal development:
    • Utilize customer objectives to drive new service development and lead across multiple departments.
    1. Customer success and relationship management:
    • Establish and maintain a stronger customer relationship management program.
    • Own and develop the customer success process maximizing business growth opportunities.
    1. Team management and collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison internally between departments.
    • Provide effective team management mentorship and support ensuring team performance aligns with KPIs.
    • Oversee the direction and delivery of work and proposals addressing business problems.
    1. Sales and marketing management:
    • Manage sales and marketing teams to develop and execute successful campaigns.
    1. Diversify revenue streams and market share:
    • Identify and assess new business opportunities to improve the company s market share.
    1. Commercial agreements and financial management:
    • Develop and manage commercial agreements with customers and vendors.
    • Conduct market research track competitor activity and develop effective strategies.
    1. Budget and financial performance metrics:
    • Develop and manage budgets ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.


    Requirements

    • A skilled commercial manager senior account manager and customer success professional with 7 years of experience.
    • Previous experience in the ICT industry and tech startup.
    • Consultative mindset with a track record of delivering customer value.
    • Entrepreneurial selfstarter comfortable running initiatives independently.
    • Strong negotiation skills financial acumen and software/IT skills.
    • Excellent communication sales and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
