Job summary
We're hiring a high-agency full-stack engineer who can think independently build production systems end-to-end move fast in ambiguity use AI as a force multiplier not a crutch you'll work directly with the founder often starting from loosely defined problems rather than polished specs.Responsibilities
- Design and ship features end-to-end frontend backend deployment
- Turn vague or evolving requirements into working systems
- Build fast then refactor toward clarity and maintainability
- Make pragmatic tradeoffs under real constraints use AI tools daily to accelerate development debugging refactoring build interfaces that are functional clean intuitive strong full-stack engineering fundamentals production experience with Svelte Kit strong backend experience in Python comfortable debugging extending improving existing systems clear reasoning around performance security maintainability daily use of tools like Claude Code GitHub Copilot similar strong prompting skills for prototyping refactoring debugging good judgment around when rely on AI vs manual work comfortable reviewing improving AIGenerated code strong eye UI/UX product quality ability build clean polished usable interfaces understanding layout spacing hierarchy interaction patterns care deeply real user experience comfortable working incomplete evolving requirements able experiment independently validate ideas quickly takes ownership needing constant direction prefers outcomes step-by-step guidance availability scale 60 hours week during launches critical pushes occasional weekend key moments this not strict 9–5 role if require fixed hours guaranteed weekends off this role not good fit.
