We are seeking to hire a Projects Control Engineer to lead our Project Controls function.
Responsibilities:
• Lead project controls: cost control, planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost monitoring.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; track progress and critical paths.
• Identify risks, manage change orders, and assess impacts on cost and schedule.
• Prepare KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports for all project items.
• Lead and mentor project control staff; coordinate with project managers and stakeholders.
• Supervise method statements.
• Conduct engineering value studies (Value Engineering).
Qualifications:
• 5–7 years' experience in project controls, with proven team leadership exposure.
• Strong expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and risk analysis.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or energy projects; knowledge of contract management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
