    Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Develop and implement financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
    • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management to support strategic decisionmaking.
    • Monitor financial performance against budget and provide regular reports on key financial metrics.

    Financial Reporting and Compliance:

    • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, industry standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
    • Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.

    Budgeting and Cost Control:

    • Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with business objectives

    4 Financial Operations and Systems:

    • Implement and maintain robust financial systems, processes, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize financial systems and automate financial processes where possible.

    Cash Flow Management:

    • Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations and strategic initiatives.
    • Monitor cash flow projections and develop strategies to optimize working capital and minimize financial risks.
    • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to facilitate banking transactions and secure appropriate financing when needed.
