The Onboarding Head will act as back up for the Employee life Cycle Lead in all tasks and issues related to onboarding, will be also assisting team members with questions and escalations, drawing the strategic direction of onboarding function for Egypt, UAE and other countries. Will handle periodical review of all onboarding policies and procedures.

ROLE PROFILE

• Leads the Onboarding function including its two units (Egypt / UAE and Other Countries).
• Works closely on analyzing the policies and processes and proposes enhancements to maximize the productivity and efficiency of the function.
• Analyzes current systems to figure out the technical issues / gaps and initiate corrective recommendations that leads to a smooth onboarding process.
• Act as a high-level escalation point and act towards solving all issues and turning the negatives experience into a positive one.
• Provides guidance on complex employee, manager or business scenarios and ensures appropriate analysis and effective processing steps are taken to drive efficient and timely resolution.
• Analyzes the outcome of the Voice of Customer, recommends corrective actions that aim to improve the current onboarding employees / stakeholders' experience & ensures these corrective actions are perfectly implemented.
• Conducts quality checks on the onboarding team to make sure that they are following the policies and procedures through checking random samples and running system reports.
• Provides coaching and timely feedback to the team. Creates and implements development plans for each staff member. Participates in and/or leads training for new processes, systems, and new comers orientation.
