Job summary
Assists the Premium Manager in planning and execution of service in premium locations including suites, table & bar service, and outdoor patios and picnic areas. Directly supervises all Premium department staff assigned to their sections.
Responsibilities
- Receive and understand assigned Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and various menus, while independently leading your team to execute the required set-up, service, closing, and clean-up duties necessary to operate a premium service area.
