The Customer Support & After-Sales Specialist will act as the voice and face of the brand ensuring an outstanding post-purchase customer experience handling customer inquiries complaints across multiple channels providing product education personalized recommendations coordinating with internal teams to resolve delivery order issues following up with customers to ensure satisfaction gather feedback build long-term loyalty through efficient empathetic issue resolution.
