Job summary
We're hiring a Conversational AI Developer to build human-like AI phone agents that handle real conversations end-to-end answering inbound calls calling leads qualifying prospects booking appointments and updating internal systems automatically.This is a builder role—you'll design voice experiences implement call flows integrate APIs and continuously improve performance using real call data.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and deploy voice agents using Retell AI Vapi Bland AI and/or Synthflow
- Create maintain agent prompts tools/functions memory rules guardrails
