    Role Summary

    Store Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring our on-ground operations team (pickers/scanners) are manage efficiently.

    Role Scope

    • Scheduling: Ensuring allocation of pickers and scanners is done consistently and in the best way possible
    • Negotiations: Ensuring we are getting best deal from our 3PL partners
    • Efficiency: Ensuring that on-ground teams are operating at maximum output
    • Training: Ensuring that on-ground teams are trained properly and know what they're doing
    • Quality output: Ensuring that the output of the picking and scanning is what is desired and taking necessary actions
