Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Supervisor with solid expertise in returned shipments handling and reverse logistics.The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities with a strong focus on returns flow, quality checks, routing, and customer SLA compliance,
ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effective processes.
- Supervise daily logistics operations including inbound, outbound, and returns management
- Lead the returns workflow: receiving, sorting grading repacking stock update proper documentation Ensure accurate processing of return shipments to minimize loss
& improve recovery rate Monitor shipment movement internal transfers hub performance metrics Coordinate with customer service vendors transportation teams to resolve return issues Maintain warehouse organization safety standards inventory accuracy Track report operational KPIs related to returns rate lead time accuracy shrinkage Train coach team members follow standardized processes SOPs Support continuous improvement initiatives reduce operational costs improve service quality
