- Design and develop solutions using the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
- Write code, scripts, and workflows to automate processes and improve efficiency
- Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet specific needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to understand business requirements and provide solutions
- Stay current with new developments and updates to the ServiceNow platform
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and administration
- Experience with ITIL and IT service management
- Strong coding and scripting skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.)
- Experience with web services, REST API, and integration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Bilingual (English, French) is essential
- Experience with ITOM, SPM, GRC, and HRSD modules is not essential but nice to have.

- Fournir une formation et une assistance aux utilisateurs finaux
- Solide connaissance du développement et de l'administration de ServiceNow
- Expérience avec ITIL et la gestion des services informatiques
- Solides compétences en codage et en scripting (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.)
- Expérience avec les services Web, l'API REST et l'intégration
- Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et d'analyse
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
- Le bilinguisme (anglais, français) est essentiel
- Une expérience avec les modules ITOM, SPM, GRC et HRSD n'est pas essentielle mais agréable à avoir.
