Hello

I am of Muslim background with beginners Quran reading level but recite by heart many Suras for prayers purposes, Allhamdullilah.

I am Ethiopian originally but grew up in London (UK). Loved in the US & many other countries in the world.

I have studied Arabic for 6 months thought by an Egyptian teacher when I lived in New York in 2007.

I worked in Sudan & Lebanon for more than 5 years combined so I have a very advanced level of comprehension of Arabic but basic level of speaking as I do not have the confidence to speak at conversational level but communicate well with local workers.

I know Arabic alphabet & can read very slowly.

I travel very often to the UAE for leisure for 17+ years.

I am a linguist by education and proficient in 4 languages & intermediate in German. Basic in Arabic & Italian.

I am here to experience entire Ramadan in Egypt but I feel very limited in speaking.

My goal is to improve conversation in Arabic & build my confidence and inshallah learn the Quran reading properly eventually.

My time in Egypt is limited but we can start now and continue online. In person will be ideal for effective learning.
