    Job Description

    • Act as the key channel between customers and the company in terms of contracting.
    • Respond promptly to customers inquiries
    • Acknowledging and resolving customers complaints
    • Keep records of customer's interactions, comments and complaints
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
    • Manage all the after-sales service with the clients.
    • Prepare all the reports and documentation regarding the clients.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree
    • Experience in Real Estate companies is a must
    • 2 + years of experience
    • Very Good English Level
    • Presentable
    • Strong communication skills and able to deal with different types of people
    • Living in Nearby areas
