We are currently seeking a Customer Success Associate to support the customer journey from the first inquiry through booking and post-trip follow-up.Responsibilities
- Receiving and handling customer inquiries across all communication channels.
- Qualifying and classifying leads based on customer needs, budget, and readiness to book.
- Distributing qualified leads to the sales team and tracking case progress.
