Job summary
+We are looking for high achievers who embody excellent business judgment, leadership, and fintech savviness to join our team. As an MCDS sales lead, you will convert qualified leads for the business, working closely with account teams in local markets, while partnering internally with different supportive business organizations.+++
Responsibilities
+Operates as primary relationship lead for customers, including banks and NFBIs,+Responsible for driving revenue, product sales, market share and other strategic and operational KPIs,
+Manages day-to-day work & establishes effective communication and relationships with senior decision makers within client,+
Sets sales strategies as it relates to customer accounts that are aligned with geography strategy and achieving sales goals,+
Works to identify opportunities and customer needs generates sales pipeline drives closure of business opportunities ,with the view of accelerating growth including market share volume revenue+,+Works cross functionally other sales teams product marketing operations delivery identify opportunities design execute targeted customer focused proposals+,+Develops financial modelling business cases identified opportunities+,Delivers customer quarterly reviews+
