    Role Description

    As an English Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively, providing excellent customer service regarding various inquiries and resolving customer concerns. You will communicate with customers professionally, provide information about products and services, and maintain customer records. You will also escalate issues to appropriate channels as needed and contribute to building a positive team culture. The role is a full-time position and located on-site in 6th of October.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus
    • Customer service experience preferred
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of customer inquiries
    • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
    • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, if required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
    • Experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
