    Description JOB PURPOSEAs a Social Media Specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence engage with our target audience and drive organic growth You will be involved in managing multiple social media platforms crafting compelling content analyzing campaign performance and staying uptodate with industry trends and best practices Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic social media plans across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook Instagram Tik Tok Linked In and You Tube;Create and publish engaging and relevant content that aligns with our brand voice objectives and target audience;Monitor social media channels and respond to comments messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner;Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing and communication strategies;Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement;Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging social media platforms tools and technologies;Measure analyze and report on social media campaign performance using various analytics and tracking tools;Optimize social media campaigns based on data insights and trends to drive engagement reach and conversion;Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates to expand our social media reach and enhance brand credibility;Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders external partners and vendors to support social media initiatives and partnerships Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing Mass Communication or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; Prior experience in an agency is preferred;Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role;Experience in developing and executing social media strategies to drive organic growth and engagement Indepth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms tools and analytics;Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail;Proficiency in content creation copywriting and editing;Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus; Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities to develop innovative social media campaigns;Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment Excellent communication collaboration and timemanagement skills including prioritising scheduling and adapting when necessary;Strong creative skills Agile and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously;An eye for detail and the ability to proofread own work is a must;Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision Strict adherence to the style guides of Dubizzle and their policies for publication Creative innovative and easily adapts to changes Benefits A fastpaced highperforming team Comprehensive Health Insurance Life Insurance Rewards & Recognitions Learning & Development opportunities#bayutegypt
