Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Quality Control Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves conducting regular quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities include implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), performing quality audits, collaborating with production teams to maintain quality standards, and resolving quality-related issues. The Quality Control Specialist will contribute to promoting quality assurance and management practices across departments while ensuring the highest standards for cosmetic products.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management practices
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and knowledge of industry standards
- Competence in conducting Quality Auditing processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with cosmetic manufacturing standards and regulatory compliance is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Previous experience in quality management within the cosmetics industry is advantageous
