Develop and execute the companys sales strategy, including identifying target markets and customer segments, defining pricing and packaging, and creating a sales process that delivers consistent
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to exceed their
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, channels, and strategic alliances, that can accelerate the companys
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and other
Collaborate with other co-founders and team members to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product development, marketing, and other
Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies

Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with experience scaling a startup or growing a business unit within a larger
Strong understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and
Experience building and managing a sales team, with a focus on coaching and developing individual team members to achieve their full
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify insights that drive sales
Passion for entrepreneurship and building businesses from the ground
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related MBA or other advanced degree
