Job summary
Alpha Anywhere is driven by the 2-Hour Learning model where children complete an entire day of academics in two intensely productive hours and spend their afternoons launching podcasts painting murals or mastering back-handsprings.
This position will convert streams of AI-generated performance metrics into precise well-timed interventions that guide each learner toward 90% mastery and higher.
- Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify issues detect anomalies and initiate corrections within a 48-hour window
- Conducting urgent rescue sessions and facilitating post-assessment coaching conversations to eliminate blockers distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes and sustain student motivation
