Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in 6th of October, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer support inquiries, and utilizing computer software to navigate customer accounts and input data.
