    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Ismailia. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and benefits administration, and supporting HR management tasks. Day-to-day tasks also include providing HR support to employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with recruitment and training initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
    • Experience with developing and implementing HR Policies
    • Proficiency in handling Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Experience in the garment manufacturing industry is a plus
