- Lead/ Drive improvement project teams in the Procurement Program to deliver significant & measurable process improvement benefits while helping develop a high performing project team culture that is aligned to Sydney Water s behaviours and values.
- Facilitate and manage multiple workstreams that drives improvement to the performance metric
- Prepare progress reports/presentations at the appropriate forums to demonstrate tangible progress and outcomes
- Lead the facilitation of sessions to identify data-led improvement opportunities
- Tertiary qualification in business, engineering or related field, or experience deemed equivalent.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt with experience in managing complex projects and leading programs of work.
- Ideally 7+ years experience in process improvement (Lean Six sigma including DMAIC & PDSA) and transformational projects, ideally within Procurement/Supply Chain environments, work processes and systems in a large organisation.

The purpose of this lead role is to drive & deliver process improvement to improve the payment on time metric to agreed targets. Ultimately, this role will help teams deliver measurable improvements, resulting in better systems integration, waste reduction & value adding solutions, achieving higher levels of process maturity, and helping teams develop the skills to carry out their own appropriate-scale process improvement initiatives in an agile manner.
