+Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Scheduling
Capacity Mapping: Analyze and calculate the production capacity of various departments Master Production Schedule (MPS): Develop and maintain the MPS to ensure all customer orders are scheduled based on priority, delivery dates, and machine availability.Time & action Management: Create and monitor the Time & Action Calendar for every order, tracking milestones from lab-dip approval to final packing.Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Forecast and coordinate the procurement of raw materials.Lean Manufacturing: Apply Lean principles (5S, Kaizen, Just-in-Time) to improve floor efficiency and reduce lead time from order to shipment.Inter-departmental Coordination: Lead daily production meetings with Merchandisers and Floor Managers to resolve issues regarding quality shortages or technical delays.KPI Tracking: Report on key metrics including Efficiency Downtime On-Time Delivery OTD Right First Time RFT in dyeing.
