Algorithm Development and Enhancement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement recommendation algorithms to drive content consumption for publishing partners.
Optimize existing recommendation algorithms by analyzing performance metrics and user feedback, incorporating advanced machine learning techniques including generative AI techniques.
Data Analysis and Modeling:
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and content performance to improve the relevance and quality of our recommendation systems.
Build predictive models using machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques to optimize content recommendations for various user segments.
Experimentation and A/B Testing:
Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the performance of recommendation algorithms and propose iterative improvements based on the results.
Utilize experimentation results to iterate and fine-tune models, ensuring continuous improvement and impact on key business metrics.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data science initiatives.
Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively, enabling informed decision-making.
