Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to the T24 core banking system
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to design and implement T24 modules and enhancements
• Support T24 core modules such as AA (Arrangement Architecture), Funds Transfer, Customer, Accounts, Loans, and Deposits
• Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and T24 capabilities
• Assist with T24 upgrades, patching, testing, and system integration efforts
• Perform functional testing, UAT support, and defect tracking
• Develop reports and queries using T24 tools (e.g., InfoBasic, OFS, Browser, IRIS, T24 Enquiry)
• Provide post-implementation support and training to end users
• Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
• Monitor and resolve system issues and ensure data integrity and accuracy

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on T24 experience
• Strong understanding of T24 modules, data structures, and interfaces
• Experience with T24 upgrades, customizations, and integration projects
• Proficient in preparing BRDs, FSDs, test plans, and user guides
• Familiarity with T24 tools like T24 Browser, OFS, TAFC/TAFJ, Temenos Design Studio, etc
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking/financial services industry
• Knowledge of SWIFT, payments, regulatory compliance, or digital banking integrations
• Understanding of APIs and microservices in the context of T24
• Familiarity with SQL or data extraction/reporting tools
