    Role Summary:

    Ability to set and meet targets, ability to deliver work with a high degree of accuracy and be attentive to details, and ability to work with the team and motivate the team.

    What's On Your Plate?

    ● Validate schedule for Operations Specialists, maintain reports, and manage schedule changes.

    ● Keep track of daily attendance, overtime, sick leaves, and other types of leave and maintain timesheets.

    ● Track operations team performance on a daily basis to ensure SL & quality targets are met.

    ● Monitor operations leaders' performance and overall team KPIs.

    ● POC with all countries in case of any project.

    ● Manage internal & external communication.

    ● Provide periodic reports on performance.

    What Did We Order?

    ● At least4 years of full-time professional experience as a Team Leader in the Customer Service Feild.

    • Strong personality with Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making skills, and crisis management.
    • Excellent Presentation skills.
    • Advanced Excel is a must.
    • Analytical thinking.
