Sales & Aftersales Officer – Real Estate - Cairo

Job summary
To support the Real Estate Sales function with administrative coordination and documentation while managing aftersales customer service for property buyers accurate records timely collections follow-up and a high-quality post-sale customer experience in close coordination with Finance Legal and Development teams.A. Real Estate Sales Administration Support the Sales team in processing reservation forms contracts payment schedules and addendums Maintain and update real estate sales trackers CRM records client databases Coordinate with Finance on Client payment status Instalment schedules Receipts statements of account Follow up with clients on Outstanding payments Prepare periodic reports for the FD Board of Director including Sales status Collections vs targets Outstanding receivables Organize archive client property files soft hard copies Support Sales with client correspondence when needed.
B. Real Estate Aftersales Customer Service Act as primary contact for property buyers post-sale Handle customer inquiries related to Payment plans Contract details Unit status updates Handover process Coordinate with internal departments including Finance Legal Construction Development Operations Track customer cases ensure timely resolution Provide regular updates to clients their requests Maintain high customer satisfaction professional communication Prepare aftersales feedback reports management CFO Qualifications Bachelor degree Business Administration Finance related field Experience in Sales Admin or Aftersales within Real Estate Development Strong communication skills English Arabic Proficiency Microsoft Office especially Excel Experience CRM systems real estate plus Required Skills Strong organization follow-up skills High attention detail Customer-focused mindset Ability work pressure Strong coordination across departments Professional written verbal communication>
