JOB TITLE
Associate Manager - People & Organization | MAF Retail | Head Office Egypt
Role Summary
The Associate Manager - People & Organization is responsible for assisting with business strategy pertaining to recruitment, talent management and staff development.
The role holder is also responsible for assisting in standardizing and implementing Human Capital policies and procedures within the country.
ROLE PROFILE
Stay updated about relevant HC Standard Management system (policies, procedures and forms).
Support initiatives to ensure the constant availability of the required competent staff to support the organization in meeting all its responsibilities, plans and objectives.
Assist in the manpower planning for the head office.Provide suggestions on how to address the employee engagement and customer satisfaction challenges.
Organize employee engagement events and team building activities.
Implement training and performance management systems initiated by the Corporate Head Office.
Develop reports for the Corporate Head Office related to training and performance.
Support with the implementation of all relevant HC projects and procedures initiated by the Corporate Head Office.
Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Administration or HR
3-5 years in HC administration and recruitment
Time management.
Ability to work under pressure.
