About the Role
This position is responsible for building the new sales company's business from the ground up, which includes developing sales channels and client relationships, personally driving frontline business development, formulating strategy, managing and empowering the sales team, collaborating cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for building the new sales company's business from the ground up
- Develop and manage sales channels and client relationships, while also personally engaging in frontline business development to achieve individual sales targets
- Manage, train, and empower the sales team, being responsible for the team's overall performance
- Oversee sales strategy formulation and negotiate with clients to establish sales policies aligned with company strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experience and drive sales performance
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the local HVAC market with established channel relationships (primarily RAC)
- Solid knowledge of HVAC products, good relationships and resources in HVAC channel customers
- Results-oriented working style
- Good sense and rich experience in managing, training, and empowering a sales team
