Ensure integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of business transactions in official YEL systems (SAP, BPC, SRM, Strives, etc.)

Ensure all supporting documentation behind recorded business transactions are available, reviewed, checked, and compliant in a form of paper document or contact behind posting.

Raise awareness and constantly remind entity management of YEL policies, procedures, manuals, and any other instructions.

Communicate (escalate) any broken process to YEL Management in a timely manner to enable proper decision making and/or delivery of required.

Ensure timely submission of all required financial statements to local institutions, to YEL, and to YC (group reporting).

Ensure all submitted financial statements are result of identical balances in official YEL systems (SAP).

Ensure timely submission of all other reports to local institutions (local statutory reporting, GAFI requirements, Tax authorities, etc.).

Lead and add value to all external and internal audits, inspections, and investigations requirements.

Communicate progress to YEL Finance Management (Entity Management, Group Accounting, Group Tax, Group Treasury, etc.).

Design and implement in cooperation with YEL Finance Management corrective and proactive actions.

Act proactively to amend any type of risks in recorded business transactions.

Perform given and/or develop additional regular controls over recorded business transactions.

Communicate any identified risk with structured action steps to prevent it in the future to YEL Finance Management (Group Accounting, Group Tax, Group Treasury, etc.).
