Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Lead located in Cairo, Egypt. The Support Lead will lead and oversee customer support operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. Responsibilities include supervising technical and customer support teams, resolving customer issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving, and analyzing support metrics to improve service delivery and efficiency. The Support Lead will act as a communication bridge between teams and clients and will ensure timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficient in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues promptly
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate team performance, analyze support data, and propose improvements
- Leadership and organizational skills to oversee teams and ensure service excellence
- Familiarity with BPO industry practices and experience in customer service management is an added advantage
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure
