This role supports recruitment process sourcing screening interviewing onboarding Use job boards social media networking attract qualified candidates Assist coordinating mass hiring events job fairs walk-in interviews Screen CVs conduct initial interviews schedule meetings with hiring managers Ensure seamless professional candidate experience throughout process Maintain update candidate records applicant tracking system ATS Prepare submit regular recruitment progress reports Collaborate HR team members fulfill urgent ongoing hiring needs Participate onboarding procedures documentation collection Strong communication interpersonal abilities Highly organized manage multiple priorities tight deadlines
