    • Handle all recruitment activities from sourcing to placements to onboarding
    • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR department
    • Providing clerical and administrative support to HR team
    • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
    • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
    • Assist with the relationship management of third party vendors & clients
    • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
    • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
    • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
    • Assist in the on boarding of new hires


    Requirements

    • BSc in HR Related Degree
    • HR Certified
    • 2 years experience in Human Resources
    • Basic knowledge of labour laws
    • Excellent organizational & communication skills
    • Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure
    • Experience working in a fast-paced service environment
