- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.
- Research and evaluate innovative technologies in all digital areas.
- Responsible of the creation of UI concepts, prototypes while being responsibility for the visual design output and create User Interfaces for digital apps (focus on concepts, interaction- and interface-design).
- Manage the Departmental internal and external communications flow on all issues and develop and maintain follow-up systems/mechanisms to monitor operational work progress and submissions' deadlines.
- Delivering a complete front-end application
- Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
- Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented Typescript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, Business analyst and yourself
- Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
- Communicating with external web services.
- 6+ years relevant design experience
- 6-9 years of Digital Product Design in the software space.
- Have an experience with design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Zepplin, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must.
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Practical experience in responsive web design projects.
- Deep understanding of the iOS and Android platforms.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
- Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
- Be open to receiving feedback.
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.

Job DescriptionJob Description
We are looking for a User Experience and User Interface Designer /Front-End Team Lead who's applying design thinking and user centered design concepts and process and who's Angular (we are on version JS and 8) Developer responsible for the client side of our service.
Your primary focus will be to implement a complete user interface in the form of a mobile and desktop web app, with a focus on performance.
Your main duties will include creating modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app.
The artistic design will be delivered to you but we will ask for your help in regard to animations, CSS, and final HTML output. You will work in a team with the back-end developer, and communicate with the API using standard methods.
A thorough understanding of all of the components of our platform and infrastructure is required.
