- 3+ years solid experience in an commercial/rev/sales operational role
- Experience in managing and developing a team to ensure continued growth and meeting key deadlines
- Able to identify areas of operational improvements
- Experience using BI tools such as Power Bi, Tableau, Analytics Studio
- Highly organised with the ability to multi task is essential
- Experience in goal setting, designing commission schemes beneficial
- High accuracy and attention to detail is essential and an effective communicator
- Comfortable reporting/presenting to Directors/VPs and ELT
- Competent using Google Suite (Sheets), Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems like Salesforce
- Self motivated with the ability to prioritise your own workload and have a transformational mindset
- Salesforce experience highly beneficial, capable of building reports for further analysis
- Background in tech companies/environment desirable
