- Provides high quality, timely, and accurate translation from English to Arabic & Vice versa.
- Assists in preparing relevant glossaries.
- Research on industry-related topics to ensure the coherence and relevance of target texts.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials within a short turn-around time.
- Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Organize translated material and finalize translation according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
- University studies in one of the following disciplines: Translation or, Linguistics, or other relevant subjects is required.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Familiar with different cultures and can perform efficiently in a multinational environment.
- Proofreading skills are desirable.
