- Respond to RFQs and prepare ONG customers' costing and rates.
- Develop supply chain solutions for ONG customers.
- Analyze and disseminate strategic information to ensure bid process effectiveness.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reviews with customers.
- Set customer SLA's as per the operational capacities and legal requirements.
- Develop contingency management of customer demands.
- Makes sure customers SLAs are met.
- Reduce service failures to mitigate credit notes.
- Ensure and improve service levels through regular customer's feedback.
- Reporting any information that might impact Company image and brand or functioning.
- Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
- Develop and maintain the Supply Chain Team's response and recovery plan during a disruptive incident, using the tools and templates provided by the local business continuity coordinator working within the BIE team.
