    Job purpose:
    Performs and coordinates the procurement of goods and services including tender processes and LPOs.

    Main Accountabilities / Duties:

    • Develops and maintains Procurement policies and procedures.
    • Liaises with departments concerned to develop and execute purchasing strategies.
    • Collaborates with departments to ensure clear communication of the scope of work/specifications.
    • Studies and analyses the quotations of goods and services and negotiates those prices to ensure the most cost effective of goods and services and quality are obtained for IFHC.
    • Ensures proper implementation and coordination of the tendering process.
    • Registers and issues Purchasing orders.
    • Registers and evaluates qualified suppliers and maintain database for approved suppliers.


    Requirements

    Our Client is looking for a Procurement Specialist, with strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Procurement rules and regulations and good experience in working with Oracle and SAP in the UAE, to join immediately. The gender and nationality of the candidate is not specific, but it is preferable that he/she understands and communicates Arabic. Preference will be given to the candidates holding own valid UAE residence visa

    Good experience in working with Oracle and SAP

    Good knowledge in Arabic & English.
