Job summary
We are looking for a Success Account Manager to join our team!This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers and internal stakeholders to drive customer success and retention.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving resolution to intricate customer scenarios by coordinating efforts of Customer Support, Account Team, Professional Services (including partner resources as necessary), and Commvault Engineering.
- Documenting issues, setting priorities, and tracking resolutions to meet customer expectations using custom success plans.
