    Job Description Sales Representative

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the e-payment industry.

    As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative e-payment solutions to businesses and clients.

    Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth in the fintech sector.


    Responsibilities:
    Prospect and generate leads within the fintech industry through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
    Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our e-payment solutions.
    Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored e-payment solutions.
    Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve individual and team targets.
    Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
    Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities in the e-payment sector.
    Prepare sales reports, forecast sales, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in the fintech industry, preferably in the e-payment domain.
    Solid understanding of e-payment solutions, including mobile payments, online transactions, and digital wallets.
    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
    Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and overcome objections.
    Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for efficient pipeline management.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
