Working Hours (KSA Time): Saturday: 12 PM - 9 PM and Sunday to Thursday: 10 AM – 7 PM (Friday off)

We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and well-spoken Administrative Assistant to the Organizational Development Manager to support organizational efficiency and operational excellence.
Job OverviewThis role involves executing administrative and operational tasks, coordinating effectively with all departments, and representing the Organizational Development Manager when required.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and supervisory skills to ensure smooth workflow and high operational efficiency across the center.
Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up on and execute daily tasks in direct coordination with the Organizational Development Manager
Support the implementation of administrative and operational development plans and procedures
Coordinate and communicate professionally with all departments to ensure workflow alignment
Supervise, guide, and direct teams when required, within assigned authority
Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the Organizational Development Manager
Ensure departments' compliance with approved policies and procedures
Act on behalf of the Organizational Development Manager in meetings or assigned tasks when necessary
Contribute to improving administrative processes and overall organizational performance
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of work experience
At least 2 years of experience in training centers (preferably online training)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration or operations
At least 2 years of supervisory experience
Strong communication skills with a high level of professionalism and tact
Good leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to guide teams
Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility
