Job Description

Manage all accounting transactions
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2-4 years of accounting experience preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
