- Build long term relationships with customers and ensure enhancement of services provided
- Ensure coverage of all routes daily
- Identify existing issues, suggest solutions, and follow up on implementation
- Ensure highest coverage percentage and a smooth running of work procedures through proper utilization of sales resources and an efficient route plan
