We Are Hiring: Community Manager.
Location: Egypt – Remote (Aligned with Dubai Time Zone)
Working Hours: Rotational shifts (morning – afternoon – night)
Are you a creative storyteller with a knack for engaging online communities? Join our team and help shape the voice of leading global brands. You'll drive conversations, respond to audiences in real time, and ensure the brand tone stays consistent, impactful, and human.
Key Responsibilities
.Manage all online community interactions across social platforms.
.Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
.Adapt tone of voice per brand, campaign, and platform guidelines.
.Monitor conversations, trends, and sentiment to highlight insights.
.Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to align messaging.
.Use social media tools like Sprinklr or Hootsuite for moderation and reporting.
.Ensure community management SLAs are met across all shifts.
Requirements
.2-3 years of experience as a Community Manager (preferably with an advertising agency).
.Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
.Strong written Arabic & English communication skills.
.Hands-on experience with Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
.Flexibility to work rotational shifts (including night shifts aligned with UAE time).
.Ability to follow brand tone of voice, guidelines, and quality standards.
.Eye for detail, quick response time, and strong customer engagement mindset.
