    • High expertise in Google Ads and Snapchat platforms.
    • Flexible, eager to learn, and passionate about growth and knowledge.
    • Lead and develop performance advertising strategies across various digital channels to maximize.
    • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)Optimize campaign performance to increase conversion rates and sales.
    • Analyze data and make performance driven decisions to ensure marketing and financial goals are met.
    • Collaborate with different teams to create and launch paid marketing campaigns.
    • Test and refine marketing strategies across various channels, including paid ads, social media, and email marketing.
    • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in performance marketing.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Proven experience in performance marketing or growth marketing management.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in using analytics and tracking tools.
    • Experience in digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
    • Ability to solve problems creatively, with a strong focus on achieving results and performance analysis.
    • Proven track record of success in managing PPC & social media campaigns and developing winning strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills and expertise in using data to inform strategic decision making.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience.
    • Managed an ad budget of no less than $50,000.
    • Gulf Market Experience is MUST.
