    The Position

    The Human Resources (HR) Assistant is responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of the They will assist with recruitment and record maintenance for payroll processing and provide clerical support to all

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
    • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
    • Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and employee referrals
    • Screen candidate's resumes and job applications based on position requirement
    • Conduct interviews using various selection tools and/ or methods to filter candidates
    • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
    • Onboard and orient new employees virtually and in-person
    • Meet with candidates to discuss job opportunities and answer questions about company culture and benefits packages
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
    • Provide coverage for Office Manager from 7:30 – 3:30pm during vacation and known absences
    • Assist in creating financial agreements, processing payments and updating QuickBooks, and the payment sheets when HR and Operations Manager is
    • Maintain digital employee records and HR tracking system
    • Schedule in-house and external meetings
    • Prepare spreadsheets and create presentations as
    • Create and maintain staff contracts and employment
    • Update Organizational Charts and materials
    • Respond to staff emails regarding HR requests

    Who You Are:

    • Bachelors Degree
    • Passionate about eating disorders prevention and intervention
    • Must be detailed orientated, like systems and is extremely
    • 1-year experience in
    • Dynamic, flexible, team player, takes initiative
    • Eager to grow with a quickly expanding company
