Open Position: Senior R&D NPI Engineer (MNC Manufacturing Company)

An MNC manufacturing company is looking for Senior RnD NPI Engineer to join the team and be based in the Perak manufacturing

Key responsibilities include:

• Support Module RnD NPI programs in process and product
  
• Give technical support and analyse data on issues and product improvements including yield and
  
• Lead new transfers from NPI to mass volume
  
• Handle documentation and engineering changes with revision
  
• Support pilot run in assembly, testing and evaluation of new
  
• Work with RnD team and take part in design of new test
  
• Maintain a debug documentation for the new
  
• Get new technical knowledge on test and applications from
  
• Drive efforts in product re-engineering, yield improvement, quality and reliability
  
• Drive efforts in cost
  
• Engage customers and sales with customer qualification
  
• Degree in Electrical or Electronics, Mechatronics or Applied Science in Physics or
  
• Experience from semiconductor devices, IC fabrication and product
  
• Able to read electrical schematics and mechanical
  
• Strong troubleshooting ability on product and test
  
• Experience in NPI qualification and
  
• Open to Malaysians
