- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and monitor OKRs that support the company's strategic objectives
- Support in cascading down the company's strategic objectives into departmental OKRs
- Prepare and define comprehensive market and trend assessments/analyses that may include demand forecasts, competitor analysis, risk assessments, and the research, monitoring, evaluation of key market trends
- Plan, coordinate, evaluate and report on strategic initiatives and activities to provide advice on the progress against plans, goals and expectations
- Prepare reports, business cases and briefing notes to provide insights and enable informed decision-making aligned with the strategic objectives
- Build and maintain an effective reporting framework and ensure updates are available to executive leadership on a regular basis
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements. Identify opportunities to enhance existing strategies, processes, and systems to drive continuous improvement and innovation
